High Valley Roofing started with a simple idea: treat people right and do the job right — every time.

Back in 2013, our founder John Mayo got his start in the roofing industry as a project manager. He learned fast that in this business, promises are cheap — but follow-through is rare. That’s why when he started High Valley Roofing, he built it on something stronger than shingles: integrity, accountability, and local trust.

Based on Isaiah 40:4 states, “Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain.We’re a family-run company, based right here in Colorado Springs. John’s wife, and their two kids — all born and raised in the Springs — are proud to call this community home. We’ve weathered the same storms, felt the same winds, and shoveled the same driveways. We’re your neighbors first, and your roofers second.

And around here, leadership doesn’t mean sitting in an office. John’s not afraid to throw on his bags and work alongside the crew. He does things right—just like he promised—whether he’s climbing a steep pitch in the middle of a hail job or hauling bundles on a hot summer day.
